Let me just start by stating that I do not know if I will be able to truly capture how much I think of Ron and the services he provided and has provided to me and my family. If you have Ron as your agent, you have the best advocate and ally in your home buying/selling experience you can ask for. The amount of things that Ron did that were above and beyond for my home purchase are too many to count. After this process I consider him a friend and someone whom I trust implicitly. Any hour, any time, any day he is ready to serve your needs. His local knowledge is amazing and really helped me on location and understanding all neighborhoods. His knowledge of pests, local issues, various other local knowledge is invaluable.
In addition, Ron never pressured me and always was collaborative with helping on key decisions during the process. He knows exactly what homes our worth, and also what the situation is in order to make the best negotiation. Everything went seamless from beginning to end and I cannot wait to work with him again, and I hope everyone can have as great experience as I did.
